1 Law of Ukraine on General Secondary Education The law defines legal, organizational and financial principles of operation and development of general secondary education system that promotes the free development of the individual forms of legal values ​​of a democratic society in Ukraine.

5 Distance Education Distance education is available, it is an opportunity to get education abroad with minimal financial outlay for a large selection of specialties, as most universities in Europe and the U.S. have introduced such a convenient form of education to students much earlier than Ukraine.
